Generations Medical - Practice manager

We are searching for a proactive, interactive, and friendly candidate for our full time practice manager role in a busy and continually growing general practice clinic in Brisbane’s inner west. You will be vital in their medical centre's operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a supportive and productive environment for both the team and patients. Your skills will also be vital in the roll out of some specialised offerings we are launching in the coming months.

The clinic

Generations Medical is a fast growing clinic, established two years ago. We currently have five GPs and this will be growing by early next year. We also have two specialist doctors, three allied health, three nurses and five admin. We regularly see around 40 new patients per week. We like to engage with a team based model of care and regularly collaborate with our network of allied health providers, local community clubs and organisations. With ongoing and significant anticipated growth we welcome applicants who would be ready to take on the role, to help lead and support our team as we further our mission of providing outstanding care to our local community and beyond.

The role

As the Practice Manager, you will be integral and drive our client's medical centre operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a supportive and productive environment for the team and patients. You will have the opportunity to shape the practice's future, implement innovative solutions, contribute to the overall patient experience, making your mark and impacting the company.
