Strathpine GP Superclinic is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced registered nurse to join our team.

The Strathpine GP Superclinic is a mixed billing medical centre where patients visiting can expect professional and caring medical service from the moment they arrive. Our philosophy is based on delivering high quality, holistic care with all of your health services under one roof.

Practice nurse experience (preferably 1+ years practice nurse experience) would be ideal and knowledge of Best Practice is preferred but it is not essential as training will be provided.

You will be joining a fun and close-knit team of nurses, doctors and receptionists that have developed a diverse skillset. You will also be supported by a nurse manager to help guide and support your clinical skills.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• care plans/health assessments
• children immunisation
• adult immunisation
• setting up and assisting doctors with surgical procedures
• wound care
• triage patients
• ECG
• spirometry
• ear syringing
• sterilisation
• infection control

We are a seven day medical practice consisting of a team of 12 doctors, eight receptionist and six nurses. You will need to have a current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and a CPR certificate (or is willing to obtain a certificate).
