Potential treatment for coeliac disease

If you are aged between 18 and 80 years of age (inclusive), and you have diagnosed coeliac disease, you may be eligible to participate in the trial of a potential treatment.
We are looking for people who:
- are aged between 18 and 80 years, inclusive
- can provide initial biopsy documentation proving diagnosis of coeliac disease
- have been following a gluten-free diet for at least 12 months
- have at least one moderate or severe gastrointestinal symptom (i.e., diarrhoea, abdominal pain, bloating or nausea) during the last 4 weeks
- have a BMI between 17 and 35, inclusive
- can attend up to 8 visits at either our Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay or Brisbane clinic over up to 27 weeks
To help determine if the investigational treatment can improve symptoms of coeliac disease. Our recruitment team will call you to ask you more phone-screening questions.
Eligible participants will be reimbursed for their time on the study.
