Palliative Care Research in Queensland

Centre for Palliative Care Research and Education

As part of their remit to promote and support research in palliative care in Queensland, the Centre for Palliative Care Research and Education (CPCRE) is undertaking a survey with the aim of identifying research activity in this State.

The online survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The invitation to complete the survey is being sent to multiple clinicians and teams across Queensland who are currently involved in palliative care research and/or are wanting to undertake research in the sector. Please complete once only and share with colleagues if appropriate.

Results of the survey will be used to:

  • map current palliative care research in Queensland
  • identify strategies to support palliative care research (education/mentoring/other)
  • create a database of current palliative care research.

On behalf of the CPCRE Clinical Research Program Leader, Professor Janet Hardy, and in anticipation of your support and survey responses, thank you.

Results of the survey will be presented at the CPCRE Annual Research Conference in October 2024. The information provided by you and colleagues will assist us to identify strategies for developing palliative care research in Queensland.
