Our clinics provide comprehensive general practice care and an extensive range of specialised services. Top Health Doctors have a number of clinics across Brisbane and the south side and are expanding north.

This opportunity at our brand new, currently 'under construction' Strathpine clinic, is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start of a clinic doors opening and create a professional seamless reception.

Key responsibilities:

• patient care: delivering excellent patient care and assistance, including appointment scheduling, inquiries, and support
• administrative tasks: administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations
• collaboration: collaborating with our medical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications and skills:

• a minimum of 1 years' experience in a general practice setting
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• proficiency in clinic management software (Best Practice)
• passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient & staff wellbeing.
