Our region

We support clinicians and communities in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, Moreton Bay city, parts of Somerset Regional Council and Norfolk Island. Our region covers approximately 4,100 km2 of urban, regional, rural and remote areas, with a population of over one million.

Norfolk Island Health Needs Assessment Summary

Brisbane North PHN began working with the Norfolk Island community and developing a health needs assessment in July 2022. This Health Needs Assessment (HNA) document will outline the process undertaken to work with the community, the identified health and
service needs, and opportunities to close and enhance key gaps.
