We are one of 31 Primary Health Networks across Australia.
We support clinicians and communities in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, Moreton Bay Regional Council, parts of Somerset Regional Council and support to the people of Norfolk Island.
Our region covers approximately 4100 km2 of urban, regional and rural areas, with a population of over one million.

Brisbane North PHN has been awarded the Institute for Healthy Communities Australia (IHCA) certification mark indicating our organisation has met the standards of which certification was sought. The certification mark indicates the quality and integrity of our services, and our clients are treated with dignity and respect.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians within our region: the Jagera, Turrbal, Gubbi Gubbi, Waka Waka and the Ningy Ningy peoples of where we meet, work and learn. Brisbane North PHN is committed to reconciliation. Our vision for reconciliation is where the stories of our First Nations’ people are heard and shared, and networks are formed.
