Metro North Health Forum 2025

Brisbane North PHN and Metro North Health will jointly host and bring together a wide range of stakeholders for the ninth annual Metro North Health Forum at Victoria Park, Herston on Wednesday 7 May 2025. This year’s forum provides an opportunity for face-to-face engagement and networking and to learn more about innovative models of care and ways of working.

The target audience for the forum is health professionals, health and community service providers, NGOs, consumer organisations, Metro North Health and Brisbane North PHN staff.

The Metro North Health forum is an opportunity to highlight the joint activities between Metro North Health and Brisbane North PHN showcasing improved health outcomes for people in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. It is an opportunity for attendees to connect, engage and collaborate across community, primary and acute care sectors.

Partnering for Innovation sets the forum theme and attendees will hear from keynote speaker Dr Dinesh Palipana OAM, as well as local examples of partnerships across the healthcare system between the PHN and Metro North Health.

A General Practice breakfast will be held from 7.00 am to 8.30 am, with the main forum for health and community service providers, health professionals, non-government organisations, consumer organisations and professional associations commencing at 9.30 am.
