Introducing GPLO stories

The Queensland General Practice Liaison Network (QGPL) has launched GPLO Stories, a section on its new website dedicated to showcasing the work of General Practice Liaison Officers (GPLOs) across Queensland.

GPLO Stories features articles highlighting examples of collaboration, innovation and service improvement that strengthen connections between primary care and hospital services.

The stories demonstrate how GPLOs support system integration, enhance communication pathways, and contribute to more coordinated care for patients and communities.
