Supporting children's developmental readiness for school

Brisbane North PHN has commissioned Youthrive Integrated Therapy Services to support young children to be developmentally ready for school.

Working in partnership with key referrers with a focus on areas of our North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region with higher needs, Youthrive will deliver occupational therapy, speech pathology and psychological therapy services to children aged three to five years old who are identified as experiencing developmental delay.

The Youthrive team will work collaboratively with the Young Mothers for Young Women program in Caboolture and Redcliffe, so children can receive specialist therapy services to meet identified early intervention needs.

The service will improve young children’s educational engagement and long-term health and development outcomes.
