Empowering Residential Aged Care Staff with My Health Record and Electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC)

Join us for a practical online session on how My Health Record can enhance care for aged care residents.

My Health Record is a safe and secure place to store key health information. When up to date, it paints a complete picture of a patient’s health for them and their care providers.

Nurses, care workers and administrative staff from Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) new to My Health Record, or looking to improve their use of the tool, are invited to attend.

In this 30 minutes session, discover how to:

• access essential health information in real-time
• improve coordination with GPs, hospitals, and pharmacists
• reduce paperwork and medication errors
• support better clinical decisions with up-to-date records
• integrate with the Electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC) to streamline medication management.
