The Brisbane North PHN Residential Aged Care Team look forward to welcoming you to our first RAC Collaborative meetings in 2025.
The Collaboratives offer an opportunity for you to:
- get an update about new initiatives in residential aged care across the Brisbane North region
- contribute to system improvements through feedback and codesign
- network with colleagues from across the region
The RAC Collaboratives are open to RACH staff and services or stakeholders that support the residential aged care sector in Brisbane North.
The RAC Collaboratives are free to attend and include morning tea and lunch.
A program will be circulated prior to each of the Collaboratives.
