Join Brisbane North PHN for a focused online workshop to explore common digital workflow challenges and identify practical opportunities for improvement.

Participants will work together to:

• explore findings from the Digital Health Maturity Assessment
• share examples of duplication and information-sharing barriers
• identify up to three achievable priorities for collective action
• clarify action owners, support needs and review points.

Who should attend: Residential aged care home (RACH) executives, facility managers, clinical and quality leaders, digital health leads and implementation champions across the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region.
