Australian RSV immunisation update - new funded programs for infant protection
Hosted by National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance Australia (NCIRS)
Hosted by Palliative Care Queensland
Join us on Wednesday, 5 February for our webinar, “Palliative Care and Voluntary Assisted Dying - How far have we come?"
Our guest speakers, Prof Liz Reymond and Lesley McLeod will guide the discussion, sharing their expertise on how these two aspects can work along side each other, while addressing the ethical, emotional and practical notions involved.
We believe that palliative care is everybody’s business, and we aim to build compassionate communities around people and their families experiencing serious illness, dying, death and grief. This webinar is designed for all members of the community including both health and non-health related workers (i.e., healthcare workers, doctors, nurses, social workers, allied health staff, health administrative staff, spiritual care workers, health managers, health educators, pharmacists and paramedics), and encourage people from diverse backgrounds to attend.
FREE for PCQ members, PCQ Volunteers, QAS Paramedics, and people living and/or working in the Brisbane North PHN region.
$10 General Admission
$8 Concession Card Holders
These webinars are sponsored by Queensland Health, and supported by Queensland Ambulance Service and Brisbane North PHN.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians within our region: the Jagera, Turrbal, Gubbi Gubbi, Waka Waka and the Ningy Ningy peoples of where we meet, work and learn. Brisbane North PHN is committed to reconciliation. Our vision for reconciliation is where the stories of our First Nations’ people are heard and shared, and networks are formed.
