ANCHOR MEDICAL - Practice manager

We are currently seeking a vibrant and dedicated individual to join our team as a second in charge team member working closely with our Practice leader, within our thriving family medical practice. Our practice is experiencing significant growth and we are committed to further expansion. As such, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about contributing to this growth and development.

This role offers flexibility, with the possibility to tailor the contract to suit the needs of the right candidate. Working up to 20 hours per week initially, there is potential for increased hours as the practice continues to expand. Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• managing front desk duties and interacting with patients and partners
• handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance with general inquiries
• working with the Team leaders to improve efficiencies using technology
• managing invoicing and processing patient accounts

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

• preferred familiarity with Best Practice software
• experience in medical billing, including Medicare and private payments
• strong time management and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail
• excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• availability to work flexible hours.
