About the role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, support patient wellbeing, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values professionalism, respect, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities:
- provide person-centred nursing care in line with best practice standards
- administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- support and mentor junior staff and care teams
- liaise effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is:
- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (RN)
- experienced in general practice
- confident with clinical software (Best Practice)
- organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
- compassionate, patient-centred, and committed to quality care
- immunisation endorsement highly regarded.
