Better Medical is seeking a General Practitioner (GP) to join a well-established, community-focused general practice in Queensland. This opportunity offers genuine flexibility, allowing GPs to shape their role around their lifestyle — including choice of days, hours, appointment length and clinical interests.

Our clinics are modern and supportive, with strong patient demand and experienced on-site nursing and administrative teams. Centralised operational support, clinical governance and practice management are in place to reduce non-clinical burden, enabling GPs to focus on patient care.

We value clinical autonomy and encourage GPs to work in a way that suits them, whether part-time, full-time or portfolio-based. This role would suit a GP seeking balance, continuity of care and the freedom to structure work around life, not the other way around.
