Keperra Medical Centre and The Keperra Clinic - Practice nurse

Keperra Medical Centre is a long-established, patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to our local community. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate practice nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis, two-three days per week.

About the role:

As a practice nurse at Keperra Medical Centre, you will play a key role in supporting our GPs and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities include:

• chronic disease management and care plans
• wound care and immunisations
• ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical assessments
• assisting with minor procedures
• maintaining clinical documentation and patient records
• health assessments and preventative care initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• previous general practice experience preferred
• excellent communication and organisational skills
• proficient in using medical software (Best Practice experience desirable)
• a team player with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
