3SPM Medical - Practice nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated general practice nurse to join our dynamic team at 3SPM Medical Burpengary. As a general practice nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our diverse patient population. What you'll be doing:

• providing nursing care and support to patients in a general practice setting
• administering vaccinations, injections and other clinical procedures according to protocols
• assisting with the management of chronic conditions, health assessments and preventive care
• maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• collaborating with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• participating in practice meetings, professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurses (EN) with a current AHPRA registration
• minimum one year experience in a general practice or primary care setting
• strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based nursing practice
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team
• proficient in the use of clinical software (Best Practice) and electronic medical record systems
• commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for primary healthcare.
