New website connects Caboolture families with local services and support

Families in Caboolture can now find local child development, health, education and family support services more easily through a new Caboolture Kids Collective website (caboolturekids.info).

Launched by the Health Alliance, a joint initiative between Brisbane North PHN and Metro North Health, the website brings information about local services designed to support children and families together in one accessible online hub.

Health Alliance General Manger Paul Martin said the website responded to a practical need identified by families and services across the region.

‘The Caboolture Kids Collective website provides a clear starting point, bringing trusted local information together in one easy-to-use resource for families navigating a complex system to find support,' he said.

The Caboolture Kids Collective is a place-based initiative bringing together health, education and community partners to improve outcomes for children and families across the Caboolture region, with a focus on early intervention, better service coordination and stronger local collaboration.

The approach responds to Caboolture’s growing child population, higher levels of developmental vulnerability and pressure on the local service workforce.

The website was developed following a cross-sector workshop in November 2025, where community providers explored gaps and opportunities across the local child development system. The workshop identified practical actions to improve access and outcomes for children and families.

By bringing service information into one place, the website is designed to make it simpler for parents, carers and providers to understand what support is available and connect with appropriate local services.

The website also outlines the Collective’s place-based planning work and invites families, community members and service providers to help shape future priorities.

Feedback submitted through the website is directed to the Health Alliance.
