Brief therapy psychological services are an evidence-based first option for people who are experiencing mild depression and anxiety.

Brief therapy psychological services are a first option for people who:

  • need help managing stress
  • are experiencing mild anxiety or depression
  • are experiencing a difficult event or transition (for example parenthood, retirement, leaving school, new job or stressful life event).

Access help through these services

These free services are available face-to-face and via phone or video call. You don't need a doctor’s referral or mental health care plan.
