Mild to Moderate Alzheimer's Disease

We are seeking individuals over the age of 50, with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s dementia to participate in the trial of a potential treatment for early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease.

We are seeking applications from people who:

• are aged 50 years or older
• have a specific diagnosis of Alzheimer’s dementia
• are willing to provide blood samples throughout the trial
• can attend up to 12 visits and 2 phone calls at our Birtinya clinic in the Sunshine Coast over a period of up to 12 months

This study will assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of a potential new treatment for people with mild to moderate dementia due to Alzheimer’s Disease.

There will be more screening questions to determine eligibility.

Eligible participants and their carer will be reimbursed for their time on the study.

This research project has been reviewed and approved by an independent human research ethics committee.
