Exploring sleep knowledge, attitudes and practices among Australian mental health professionals

Macquarie University

Help us understand sleep in mental health care!

We are inviting Australian mental health professionals to participate in a brief survey exploring beliefs, attitudes, and practices related to sleep problems in mental health contexts.

Your insights will help us better understand how sleep issues are addressed in clinical practice and identify opportunities to improve support for both practitioners and clients.

Who can participate?

We’re seeking psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counsellors, and other mental health professionals working in Australia.

What’s involved?

The survey will take approximately 10 -15 minutes to complete.

Your responses are anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected.

Why participate?

Help improve education and resources for mental health professionals.

Contribute to better care for people experiencing sleep difficulties alongside mental health conditions.

Thank you for your time and valuable insights.
