Healthcare practitioners' responses to patient feedback
Queensland University of Technology
Are you a healthcare practitioner in Australia who provides healthcare services directly to patients?
We invite you to participate in a brief survey aimed at investigating how healthcare practitioners respond to patient feedback. Its purpose is to identify what factors are associated with increased use of patient feedback for quality improvement.
What's involved?
Participation involves reading a short, mock patient feedback report and completing a questionnaire.
The survey will take around 15 to 20 minutes of your time.
Why participate?
We anticipate that your involvement will benefit patients and healthcare service providers by informing initiatives that aim to improve patient involvement in care. To recognise your contribution should you wish to participate, you will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of two $50 Coles/Myer gift cards.
