We invite GPs and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) working in aged care to complete this short 5-minute survey.

The Older Persons Emergency Network (OPEN) Fracture Clinic is developing a clinical decision support tool addressing the complexities in managing osteoporosis and minimal trauma fracture in aged care.

This tool aims to simplify key decision points, including requirements for bone mineral density testing, dental review, pathology and therapy selection. Your valuable input is essential to ensure the tool is practical, relevant and applicable to real-world practice.
