Caroline Radowski is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with a robust background in not-for-profit leadership and governance. She possesses a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Podiatry), along with a Master's degree in Health Science and an MBA. Additionally, she has completed courses in Executive Leadership at Oxford and Cambridge University, as well as a certificate in Health Economics and Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Throughout her career, Caroline has held significant leadership roles both in Australia and abroad, focusing on delivering impactful services to socially disadvantaged and marginalised communities. Her expertise lies in collaboratively designing, integrating and implementing high quality clinical and social services in partnership with stakeholders and consumers.
In her current role as the Executive Manager for Mental Health and Wellbeing, Caroline plays a vital part in providing strategic and operational leadership for mental health, alcohol and other drugs, priority populations and suicide prevention initiatives.
