Kathy is an experienced non-executive director with a strong background in healthcare leadership across public and private sectors in Australia and Canada. She has served on boards and committees for hospital and health services, aged care, community organisations, and a Queensland statutory authority.

Her executive roles include Chief Information Officer at UnitingCare Health and Project Director for ICT and Information Management at the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, a major alliance focused on improving cancer outcomes.

Kathy now leads her own consulting firm where she works with clients such as the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, Queensland Health, NT Health, ACT Health, and Melbourne Genomics Health Alliance.
