Executive Manager | Strategy, Operations and Commissioning

Lisa is a strategic health systems leader with deep expertise in commissioning, policy innovation, and operational reform. With a background in neuroscience and a PhD focused on Parkinson’s disease, she brings an evidence-informed approach to health strategy. Lisa has led population health planning, infrastructure investment, and culturally responsive service design, working closely with Māori and Pacific providers to improve equity and access.

As Executive Manager | Strategy, Operations and Commissioning, Lisa leads a high-performing team to deliver robust commissioning processes and analytics alongside excellent service delivery. She is passionate about building sustainable, evidence-driven and equitable care solutions with communities.
