She brings deep expertise in governance, financial management, and risk oversight, complemented by strengths in strategy, digital transformation, and cultural awareness.

Recognised for her commercial acumen and collaborative approach, Sharon has led large-scale transformation and digital change initiatives, aligning people, projects and priorities to deliver measurable improvements in performance and service delivery.
