Paul’s 27-year career in health spans health promotion, advocacy and oversight of health care service delivery here and in the UK.

Within Brisbane North PHN, Paul has played an integral role in health system reforms to support the recovery of people with severe and persistent mental illness through Partners in Recovery and mental health reforms.

As Executive Manager, Paul is responsible for primary mental health care, alcohol and other drug treatment and elements of the PHN’s flexible funds, after hours funding and integrated team care Indigenous funding.
