Sam McGilvery is a purpose driven People and Culture Professional, with a passion for healthcare.
Having run a successful consulting business, serving many industries, for over 15 years she only found her “True North” after working with a tertiary Healthcare provider. It was over the seven years in senior People and Culture Leadership roles within that organisation she clearly understood how changing the culture could directly impact health outcomes for clients, patients and the community.
Unlike other People and Culture Professionals, she brings the unique addition of strategic management experience and strong business acumen to the people and communications approach– qualified in Business, Adult Education, Neuroleadership and Healthcare Improvement.
As Executive Manager – People, Culture and Communications, she develops strategic and collaborative approaches to support the PHN’s vision of creating a community where good health is available to everyone, by ensuring a positive organisational culture that values its people and delivering purposeful, effective, and targeted communication that effectively engages.
