ACOPs seeking to work in residential aged care
View the details of Residential Aged Care Homes who have expressed a need for a GP to support their residents.
The following RACHs have expressed a need for a ACOP to support their residents.
To enhance the security of information provided during the EOI process, you will be prompted to complete a reCAPTCHA sign in box before you can view the list of EOI submissions.
Once the reCAPTCHA has been completed, you can view the full details of all active expressions of interest (EOI) by selecting the View button beside each entry.
Connecting with a matching RACH
If you are interested in supporting the needs of a RACH listed below, please contact them directly via the 'Contact Request Form' button at the bottom on their EOI.
If you are an ACOP seeking to be employed through a Pharmacy rather than through a RACH directly, please visit the RACHs seeking ACOPs tab and see the names of local Pharmacy providers offering ACOP services. You can also contact these pharmacies through their EOIs using the contact request form.
You will be asked to provide your contact name, email address, phone number (optional) and any comments regarding your request.

Submitting an EOI
If the details of the RACHs listed above don't match your availability and requirements, you can submit your own EOI via the Care Provider Connect portal to advertise your ACOP services.
