21 March 2024Brisbane North PHN's Primary Care team enable high performance primary care by supporting practices across the North Brisbane, Moreton Bay and Somerset regions and Norfolk Island.
Practice Support draws on our team’s experience and expertise to deliver critical, reliable and up to date information to practices to help you provide the best possible care to your patients and communities.
To further enhance your experience, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new dedicated Practice Support website – your one stop shop for all information, resources and tools across:
- quality improvement
- accreditation and planning
- immunisation
- digital health
- multicultural, refugee and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
- workforce development
- COVID-19
- pandemic and disaster response
- general practice administration.
This dedicated online hub represents Practice Support’s new virtual home – all primary care support information that was previously hosted on the Brisbane North PHN website has now been migrated here for your convenience.
The website features:
- a simple and streamlined layout that pulls all primary care and general practice information onto one organised platform
- an enhanced search function, so you can find the information you are looking for in a single click
- an easy to navigate Practice Toolbox of information and resource libraries across all clinical and administrative topics that support the running of your practice
- a central site for you to check for clinical alerts and announcements
- a library of relevant training and education.
The Practice Support website joins dedicated email and phone line, networking events and the Practice Link publication to further enhance our support of general practices in our region.
This website will be regularly updated by your dedicated Practice Support team, with new content and resource releases already planned. We will provide further education to support your uptake and meaningful use of the site in an ongoing series via both Practice Link and GP Link.
