Diabetes Management in General Practice

This session will explore key aspects of diabetes care, including:

• creating and updating diabetes care plans
• recalling patients for overdue reviews and annual cycle of care items (e.g. eye checks, HbA1c tests)
• the role of the entire practice team, from reception to GPs, in supporting diabetes patients.
