Lunch and Learn for health professionals: CarerHelp

Brisbane North PHN invites all health professionals to a free introductory session on CarerHelp.

CarerHelp is a National Palliative Care Project with provides information support to Australians caring for someone with an advanced disease.

CarerHelp has practical resources in ten different languages including topics such as how to care, self-care, services and supports, signs of dying, and bereavement. There are factsheets, useful templates and videos of both carers sharing their experiences and health professionals explaining key topics.

This short session will provide an overview of the CarerHelp project and the key resources and supports available.
