Generations Medical is a well-established, GP-owned, boutique medical practice delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. We’re currently seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our friendly front-desk team.


About the practice:

  • elegant, modern clinic
  • 15 GP practice with allied health and pathology on site
  • supportive, close-knit team culture
  • Monday–Friday clinic hours (no weekends or public holidays).

About the role:

  • As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • welcoming and checking in patients
  • appointment scheduling and managing patient records
  • billing, accounts and Medicare processing
  • liaising with doctors, nurses and allied health
  • maintaining accurate computer-based records
  • delivering warm, professional customer service.

About you:

  • previous medical reception experience essential (Best Practice highly regarded but not essential)
  • well-presented, punctual and professional
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to multitask and work well in a team
  • current CPR certificate
  • roster flexibility
