The successful applicant will bring a wealth of pre-existingknowledge and understanding to the role in this position. You will have the natural ability to connect and build rapport with our clients and team and you will be enthusiastic about leading by example.

Key responsibilities:

• performing treatments under guidance
• treatment and product knowledge
• optimising retail sales, upgrading of services and client rebooking
• educating clients based on their skin needs
• prescribing treatment plans and product recommendations
• customer service and client communication
• client experience, ensuring all clients receive a gold standard experience
• always maintaining an immaculate clinic appearance
• general administration and customer care duties
• covering reception and manage billings.
