Stride seeks an experienced regional manager passionate about mental health to join the Senior Leadership Team to lead multiple sites across South East Queensland and drive exceptional service delivery.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers an attractive base salary, plus salary packaging options (up to $15,899 tax free! plus meals + entertainment allowance), and includes

Role overview

• driving outstanding service delivery, effectively manage financial and operational budgets and ensure compliance with funding, quality, safety and reporting
• effectively lead, inspire, and support multiple teams.
• the current portfolio includes youth-centric services, namely at the headspace centre's delivered by Stride as lead agency
• partner with Stride’s Business Development team and external stakeholders to enhance Stride’s funding partnerships and generate new funding opportunities
• work closely with internal stakeholders at executive, management and operational levels and externally with consumers, their families, community advocates, service providers, funding bodies and consultants.

Requirements

• tertiary degree in Business, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• leadership and people management experience in a multi-site environment
• strong business acumen, proven financial management, reporting and compliance experience, computer literacy and proficient communications skills
• strategic thinking and analytic skills
• effective relationship, influencing and collaborative skills
• balance competing priorities and make informed decisions
• worked in mental health, or have an understanding of the Australian healthcare system, key issues in primary healthcare, and the mental health service system.
