Upper Kedron Medical Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing general practice team.
This is a hands-on role supporting GPs in delivering high-quality primary care within a busy and well-supported clinic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Chronic disease management & care planning
- Health assessments (75+, 45–49, 715)
- Immunisations & wound care
- Assisting with procedures
- Patient recalls and follow-up

Essential criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration
- General practice experience (preferred)
- Experience with Best Practice (BP) or similar medical software (e.g. MedicalDirector) preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
