Castle Hill Medical Centre - Practice nurse

We are seeking a nurse who can hit the ground running and enjoys a busy environment with high patient contact. The right candidate needs to be pro-active and motivated and have the ability to work well within a large team.

You will be responsible for focusing on the prevention, early detection and management of health issues, by proactively taking a clinical lead in conducting health education, health assessments, and developing care plans in conjunction with our GP team. You will also be expected to work in our busy treatment room along side our experienced registered nurses and doctors. The right candidate must have strong communication skills be a critical thinker, work well in a team and have a good attitude.

It is preferred that the successful candidate has experience in a general practice treatment room and experience in care plans and health assessments - but this is not essential.

This is a full time role.
