Navigating healthcare services in greater Brisbane

Brisbane North Primary Health Network (PHN) and Brisbane South PHN are collaborating with New Word Order to co-design and develop a health service navigation website and community awareness and education campaign in greater metropolitan Brisbane (and surrounds) to help people easily and quickly find the most suitable healthcare depending on their level of need. For example, there may be a better alternative for you than going to the emergency department on the weekend or after hours.

New Word Order invite you to attend a focus group session to share some brand names and brand directions for the website, as well as some campaign messaging to promote it.

They will explore how these appeal to you as a community member, considering this website and community awareness and education campaign are aimed at helping you easily and quickly make an informed decision about what kind of care you may need and where you can get this care when you need it.

Consumer payment rate of $60 per hour will be paid upon completion of focus groups.
