Handy hotline for mental health service navigation

An initiative of Brisbane North PHN, My Mental Health Service Navigators are a small team of health professionals standing by to assist callers to navigate the region’s mental health services.
Consumers, carers, referrers and providers can contact the My Mental Health Service Navigators for information about mental health services and supports in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region.
The service navigators can provide referrals to PHN commissioned mental health services using the rediCASE system.
From 1 July 2019, the Mental Health Nursing in Brisbane North, Brisbane MIND and Partners in Recovery phones and faxes were redirected to the new service navigation number. Questions regarding the transition from these services are welcome.
The service navigation team are also responsible for the maintenance and development of www.mymentalhealth.org.au, Brisbane North PHN’s existing mental health website.
