Strengthening Medicare GP Grants to boost general practice

In October 2022, a new $229.7 million Strengthening Medicare GP Grants Program was announced as part of the Federal Budget.

One-off grants of up to $50,000, designed to boost general practice and improve patient access and care, will be available to eligible general practices for a range of innovation, training and equipment purchases.
