Enhancing Digitaltech-Humanness in Australian Primary Care Clinics

We’re inviting GP practice managers and owners to join a 16‑week national trial of PC‑IMPROVE, a new tool designed to strengthen Digitaltech‑humanness in primary care.

Complete two short surveys and receive an individualised clinic report, a comprehensive planning guide, and a benchmarking report comparing your progress with similar clinics. Help improve patient experience, staff wellbeing and practice performance by enhancing the balance between digital systems and human-centred care.
