Caring around grief and dying
Apr 16, 2025
Brisbane North PHN is continuing to support our community to navigate and engage in important conversations about death, dying and grief.
We invite you to stay up to date with our latest good news stories, straight from the desks of the Brisbane North PHN’s project teams.
Delivering coordinated, high quality, patient-centred health and community care services across a diverse urban and regional landscape to a population over a million strong is no small task, and yet we're proud to report 79,000 people across our region received a Brisbane North PHN commissioned service in 2023-24.
FindCareFast is a new virtual navigation service helping people across Greater Brisbane to find the right healthcare option for their needs. The website directs and connects people to local primary, urgent, emergency, allied and mental healthcare when they need it, and are not sure where to go.
We offer a range of programs and services for general practice, allied health professionals and pharmacists to enhance the quality and timeliness of care, and build your capacity to provide quality care.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians within our region: the Jagera, Turrbal, Gubbi Gubbi, Waka Waka and the Ningy Ningy peoples of where we meet, work and learn. Brisbane North PHN is committed to reconciliation. Our vision for reconciliation is where the stories of our First Nations’ people are heard and shared, and networks are formed.
