Strathpine GP SuperClinic - Medical receptionist

Strathpine GP Superclinic has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate receptionist. We are ideally seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join a close-knit team of receptionist, nurses and doctors.

We are looking for a team member who:

• ideally has at least one year general practice medical reception experience or similar
• prior experience with Best Practice or Medical Director preferred
• knowledge of Medicare Billing System (MBS), WorkCover, DVA & HICAPS.
• enjoys a fast-paced environment
• is friendly, caring, compassionate and professional
• has the ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
• has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• has good attention to detail
• ability to multitask
• ability to remain calm under pressure
• available for 7.00 am starts.
• available for 7.00 pm finishes (Mondays only)
• participation in a rotating roster on the weekends and public holidays.
