We are a busy, 2 doctor fully bulk billing GP clinic seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is for 4 days a week across Sunday to Friday.
W are looking for someone confident, efficient, and able to hit the ground running.
You will receive 2 weeks side by side training before working solo.
About the Role:
- Front desk reception and patient management
- Appointment scheduling and phone handling
- Medicare billing and processing (bulk billing)
- Managing recalls and results
- General administrative duties
About You:
- Previous experience in a GP or medical clinic (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and bulk billing processes
- Experience with Best Practice software highly regarded
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Reliable and able to work independently
