This role will involve identifying opportunities to increase patient numbers, strengthen GP engagement, and boost practice revenue.

Key responsibilities

• growth trategies: develop initiatives to enhance patient numbers and practice income
• service expansion: identify opportunities for new clinics and improve patient access
• GP collaboration: work with GPs to align their professional goals with practice objectives
• billing optimization: review Medicare billing patterns for compliance and improvement
• patient retention: enhance recall systems and continuity of care
• capacity management: identify ways to increase GP consulting sessions and practice hours
• community relationships: build partnerships with local healthcare providers
• performance Mmonitoring: report outcomes directly to the COO.

Ideal candidate profile

• experience: previous roles in the Australian general practice sector are essential
• billing knowledge: understanding of Medicare and GP item numbers is crucial
• commercial acumen: focus on measurable growth and operational effectiveness
