About the organisation Bribie Doctors is a well-established and growing family-owned medical group operating three busy general practices, supported byBribie Doctors located on beautiful Bribie Island is seeking an experienced registered nurse to be a part of our friendly team of doctors, receptionists and nursing staff located across our three clinics on Bribie Island.
Key responsibilities include:
- wound management
- vaccinations - adult and babies
- handling emergencies and triage
- procedures including Venesection’s and Biopsies
- ECG, Spirometry, Holter's and ABI
- ear syringing
- sterilisation of instruments
- health management including health assessments
- inventory and stock management.
Applicants must have:
- previous practice nurse experience in a GP practice - preferred but not essential
- a good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office
- experience with Best Practice and previous accreditation experience will be an advantage
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- high level interpersonal skills to relate well to patients, staff and health care professionals
- passion for your role to take pride in seeing the service grow and be successful.
