About the role

• deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care
• assist with immunisations, wound care, health assessments and chronic disease management
• support GPs in treatment and procedures
• maintain accurate clinical records and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

What you'll need

• current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse
• excellent communication and organisational skills
• a positive, team-focused attitude
• general practice experience is desirable but not essential.
